Exercise program

Move In Balance offers 12 exercise sessions, divided into 3 blocks of 4
levels each, allowing you to start the program one step at a time, according to the level that suits your physical ability.

Designed to improve your balance, this program is based on the latest recommendations for physical activity aimed at preventing falls, and applies concepts supported by several scientific studies to maximize its effects.

You'll find the optimum combination of exercises, including flexibility, balance and muscle-strengthening activities.

Choose your program

 

 

Choose your exercise program according to your fitness level and the following criteria.

 Which block best suits your situation

 

Block 1 - levels 1 to 4

 

 

- You are physically active less than once a week.
- You're afraid of falling.
- You can stand for at least 10 to 20 minutes without sitting down.

 

 

Block 2 - levels 5 to 8

 

 

- You exercise regularly, on average 1-2 times a week.

- You want to improve your balance.

- You can stand for at least 30 to 40 minutes without sitting down.

- You do not use a walking aid (cane or walker).

 

 

Block 3 - levels 9 to 12

 

- You exercise regularly, at least 3 times a week on average.
- You consider yourself to be well-balanced and would like to maintain your achievements.

- You can stand for at least 45 to 60 minutes without sitting down.
