The No limit program applies to very active people, who enjoy moving and taking up challenges. Those sessions offer short high-intensity intervals, combining different training models that proved their worth. Some muscular exercises require the use of body weight, as others are done on the ground. An energetic session, ideally suited to activate and tone up your body!
